This is the date the offender will be eligible for parole, this is NOT necessarily the date that the offender will be interviewed by the WV Parole Board. Exact interview dates are not scheduled by the WV Parole Board until two months prior to the parole hearing month. Within this timeframe you may contact the WV Parole Board for the specific interview date. If the offender's current status is parole, then the next parole hearing date is not applicable.

If the offender's status is parole, this is the date that they will discharge their parole unless discharged earlier in accordance with WV law. If the offender's status is NOT parole, this date is not applicable.

This is the date the offender is expected to discharge their sentence if not released on parole and absent any disciplinary action resulting in the loss of good time. This date will change if there is a loss of good time, restoration of good time loss, adjustment of the sentence by the court, etc. If the offender's status is parole, this date is not applicable.
