An Oldham County woman has been sentenced for a DUI crash that killed a teenage girl.Theresa Devine received 35 years in prison for manslaughter, assault and other counts.The 44-year-old was driving under the influence in November 2021 when she crashed into another car on U.S. 42.As a result of the crash, 16-year-old Lily Fairfield was killed and her 19-year-old sister was seriously hurt.The crash led to the creation of Lily's Law, which requires stricter punishments for a driver who kills someone while driving drunk.Gov. Andy Beshear signed the bill into law this past legislative session.
