SOUTH CHICAGO — A 24-year-old Chicago man was ordered held in lieu of $200,000 bail Monday after being charged with reckless homicide in a crash Sunday that killed a Southern Illinois University student.
Gustavo Garibay Jr. of the 9700 block of South Houston Avenue is also charged with aggravated driving under the influence in the wreck at 91st Street and Commercial Avenue.

Killed was Ayesha Judkins, 20, of the 8100 block of South Elizabeth Street.
Prosecutors said Garibay could have been driving as fast as 80 m.p.h. in his sport-utility vehicle when he crashed into a car in which Judkins was a passenger.
