Lily Beth Dufrene passed away on November 20, 2021 at the age of 19. She is survived by her parents Rickey Dufrene Jr. and Traci Egle Dufrene and siblings Emma and Reid Dufrene. Granddaughter of Regina Roux Egle Matherne, the late Rickey Dufrene, Sr., the late Frank Matherne, and the late Paul Egle, Sr. Great-granddaughter of Louis and Shirley Dufrene. Niece of Paul Egle, Jr. (Mandy), Charlene Vieau (David), Lonnie Matherne (Lauren), Corey Matherne (Kara), and Justin Dufrene (Darlene). She is also survived by numerous cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, and friends. Lily was born on November 19, 2002 in New Orleans, LA. She was a member of Hahnville High School’s graduating class of 2021, and was an active Freshman student, majoring in Nursing, at Nicholls State University. She loved all animals, especially Duke, her family dog. She was the Momma to her pet gerbils, Ace and Spade; and cats, Stella, Racoonster and Smalls. A Celebration of Life will be on Monday, December 6 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm at Gendusa’s Italian Eatery, 325 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA. She will deeply be missed by all who knew her.
