Being a merchandise seller gives you the opportunity to lose or earn money. There is the possibility that you won’t be able to sell the UDADDTM merchandise and will incur a loss of money you paid for it.
Selling UDADDTM merchandise promotes the worthy cause of campaigning for tougher punishment for drunk drivers and the repeal of underage drinking laws.
You order the merchandise from the shop of your choice. You sell the merchandise and keep the money. It’s almost that simple.
UDADDTM merchandise must be licensed. To be licensed, it must bear the domain name, udadd.com preferably in lower case.
All artwork becomes the property of Underage Drinkers Against Drunk DrivingTM. This means Underage Drinkers Against Drunk DrivingTM can allow another chapter or merchant to order more merchandise from the same shop, and avoid set-up and artwork charges that you already paid. Merchandise sellers disclose the identity of the producing shop, in obtaining a license to use the UDADDTM and Underage Drinkers Against Drunk DrivingTM trade marks.
Merchants and chapters are encouraged to cooperate in ordering quantities of merchandise in order to secure a lower price per thousand.
Labor union labels may be shown on UDADDTM licensed merchandise if, and only if, the merchandise is produced in a shop represented by that union.
By selling UDADDTM merchandise, you are promoting the UDADD.COM website, which will benefit Underage Drinkers Against Drunk DrivingTM.
You must offer your merchandise through an on-line store. The site will be linked from the UDADD.COM website, and you will pay a 15% commission to Underage Drinkers Against Drunk DrivingTM for all sales made to visitors who reach your on-line store through such links. The commission applies to the grand total, including shipping and handling charges but not sales taxes.
